1. Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Whether you're in London or the Scottish Highlands, we’ve got you covered with free shipping on all orders.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all orders within the United Kingdom. No hidden fees, no extra charges—just great products delivered to your door at no extra cost.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • We process orders within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping typically takes 4-7 business days, so you can expect your delivery within 5-10 business days from the time you place your order.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

4. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer if the wrong item was ordered.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

5. How do I return an item?

Returning an item is easy! Here’s how:

  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

7. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you haven’t received tracking information or need help, feel free to reach out to us.

8. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at support@bleakcloth.shop. While we can’t guarantee that changes can be made, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.
